Why The Rum’s Gone

AKA The Bronx

This drink went by a different name for the purpose that I originally made it for. It was created as a sort of liquor closet cleanup in order to help use up our excess liquor. Specifically, our various rums. So, while it is called The Bronx at Walton Arts Center, I call it “Why the Rum’s Gone”.

Chorus Line was the first official show of Summer 2022, and so I wanted to make a drink that was purely summer. I drew inspiration from tiki drinks and created a fantastically well rounded summer patio sipper.
