Not Tootsie!

This cocktail, which was crafted for Walton Arts Center’s showing of Tootsie, is meant to be a celebration of citrus and how it famously plays well with tequila.

The drink consists of tequila, orange liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, cranberry, pomegranate, and ginger ale.

Instructions

• 2 oz Tequila

• .5 oz triple sec

• .5 oz grapefruit

• .25 oz lime juice

• 1.25 oz cranberry juice

• .75 oz pomegranate juice

• ginger ale

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except ginger ale into a shaker tin with ice. Close the tin and shake vigorously

2. Strain over fresh ice, preferably pebble, in a collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of citrus. Use a dried citrus slice for extra visual appeal.
