One Hell of a Punch

I created this drink to help me clear out a surplus of rum that I had acquired at Walton Arts Center. This beautifully funky rum punch uses an acid adjusted pineapple juice and a raspberry fassionola.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz Plantation Original Dark Rum

  • .5 oz white rum

  • .5 oz peach liqueur

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Fassionola

  • 1 oz acidulated pineapple juice


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.

  2. Fill with ice, close the tin, and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.

  3. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a couple pineapple fronds.
