Scarlet Royale
Ahhh the Scarlet Royale. honestly one of my simplest and tastiest creations over the years. This one became an immediate best seller when I rolled it out in December for our winter menu to celebrate citrus season. It’s only four ingredients but extremely flavorful.
The cocktail is made of vodka, pomegranate & orange blossom water syrup, elderflower liqueur, and champagne. The combination of these ingredients creates a light, sweet, floral, and tart drink with a brilliant ruby red hue that is sure to wow guests.
Scarlet Royale
Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
.5 oz St. Germain
1 oz of Pomegranate & OBW syrup
2 oz of champagne
Instructions
combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Top with champagne
