The Satine
I use apple vodka to round out the fruit flavors. By acid adjusting pineapple juice, i’m able to control the sweetness a bit better. Finally, the last change I added was to use a touch of rose water to make add a delicate and elegant floral note to the drink.
Ingredients
1.5 oz apple vodka
.5 oz raspberry liqueur
2 oz acid adjusted pineapple juice
2 drops rose water
top with soda water
Instructions
In a shaker tin, add the apple vodka, raspberry liqueur, pineapple, and rosewater.
Fill tin with ice, close the tin, and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Strain into either a coupe or martini glass.
Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with either a picked raspberry or a rose petal.
