To Pearadise

This drink has no real history. Honestly I was just given some bottles and had to figure out how to get rid of them. The funny thing is that it became one of my favorite drinks.

This drink calls for some specific ingredients or for you to make your own infusions. A combination of Absolut Juice: Pear & Elderflower vodka, Absolut Juice: Apple vodka, lemon juice, and ginger ale.

To Pearadise

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Absolut Juice: Apple Vodka

• .5 oz Absolut Juice: Pear & Elderflower Vodka

• .5 oz Merlet Creme du Poire William (pear liqueur)

• .5 oz Lemon Juice

• Top with Ginger Ale

Instruction

1. Combine both vodkas, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker full of ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

3. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.

4. Top with ginger ale.

5. Garnish with a slice of apple and serve.

6. Enjoy!
