Caramel Apple Spritz

Caramel Apples are a staple of the Fall season. It makes sense. Apples are peak season and caramel is always delicious.

Arguably, I would say that caramel became a fall flavor because of caramel apples. The combination of the two screams fall and Halloween so I figured, hell lets make it into a drink

We use a combination of apple whiskey, apple brandy (applejack), and apple cider to really hammer home the apple flavor. The lemon juice helps to add a sour pop to the drink that, when combined with the apple flavor, is reminiscent of granny smith apples. Finally, the butterscotch schnapps adds a caramel flavor to the drink and the ginger ale lifts the beverage.
